Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. This training, combined with various forms of match play, entrains sound, consistent strokes and match toughness. Student to instructor ratio is 5 to 1, plus Ed Ransom directing. Facility Summer Camp Program will be held at Rutgers Preparatory School. It is located at 1345 Easton Ave. in Somerset, NJ. It is five minutes from downtown New Brunswick with convenient access to route 287 and Route 18. Rutgers Prep. offers 5 hard courts in a pleasant wooded area overlooking the Raritan River. It will also teach students how to score and play games and sets. Intermediate Program The Intermediate Program will teach all strokes and strategy including specialty shots, topspin and slice strokes, and serves. Intermediate campers will also learn variations and different styles of play. Advanced Program The Advanced Program will work on drills to improve accuracy and consistency under pressure and utilize training routines for mental and match toughness.
